Career Innovation Logistics (CARIL) is a Uganda based, limited liability company, with a
Pan-African global human capital development ethos. CARIL is founded and driven by
the conviction that Africa is a critical player in global economic development because all

the abundant natural resources for universal prosperity.

Uganda is by nature a multilingual country with many educated people
that are able to communicate in a blend of Bantu, Luo and Nilotic
languages with more than 10 dialects. Ugandans are thereby linguistically

German, Arabic and literally any language on planet earth.
Uganda’s ethnic diversity with 12 culturally distinctive sub-regions of
