Career Innovation Logistics (CARIL) is a Uganda based, limited liability company, with a Pan-African global human capital development ethos. CARIL is founded and driven by the conviction that Africa is a critical player in global economic development because all indicators confirm it as the fortunate custodian of the following transformative resources:
