We create Jungle Professor Academy clubs in schools with the following:

  • A student run innovative recreation hub for challenging and educative leisure.

  • A functional student innovation studio with film production capabilities.
  • A 12-sector personalized students’ termly innovation scorecard.
  • Professional on and off-campus paid coaching templates for innovative student leaders.

Global Careers Uganda

Global Careers Uganda observes that if 10 % of Uganda’s graduate population competitively attained global careers where each earns a modest USD 30,000 annually, there will be phenomenal multi-sectoral impact on:

  1. Selling Uganda for the exceptional tourisms destination that it is through conversation.
  2. Attaining global leadership competencies, in management teaching and healthcare.
  3. Investment of repatriated earnings in communities of organ by those abroad.
These will have a revolutionary economic impact over the next 20 years when professional careers will match the current 200,000 casual workers overseas. Dollar repatriations from 200,000 professionals will exceed 20 billion annually, now that maids and askaris send 1 billion annually even when on average, they earn USD 2,000 annually.

Village-based innovative entrepreneurship clubs.

CARIL urgently recognizes on the basis of the global digital information revolution, that the future of education will NOT BE primarily through conventional formal educational journeys that start at age 3 in nursery, and wait to earn after securing a degree at a parent’s or guardian’s cost. CARIL’s programs recognize that education is for the enhancement of entrepreneurship on personal level and that all knowledge needed to transform livelihoods today is a click away regardless of location.

CARIL has developed infrastructure for registering and equipping village-based Jungle Professor academy Clubs through which children, youth and citizens of all ages can access transformative knowledge and apply it immediately as needed where in effect their qualifications will be accredited by their achievements. The web-based access takes the aspiring enterprise-based learner to 12 sub-regions then to all districts, sub- counties parishes and ultimately villages.

Global educational influencers of the Jungle Professor enterprise-based mentorship

  • The historical African Omwehereko family (family apprenticeship learning culture) is the primary influencer of the Jungle Professor Academy. Traditional Kigezi society for one, imparted motivation, knowledge, skill and ethics to young people with mutual support from neighbors and extended family. In this culture obligation to work and contribute to family economies was age-defined.
  • Japan Originated Sogosuri Education model articulated by scholars at Meijo University in Japan creates pathways for nurturing as early in life as possible. This intentional exposure to pure and applied sciences in and outside the classroom yields holistic innovative outcomes all along the students vocational journey.
  • The UK Originated City and guilds of London lifelong method wards academic credit for knowledge and skills gained on the job and offers opportunities for worker to accumulate credit up to PhD level regardless of their limitations in the formal education structures.
  • The USA originated Rotary, Rotaract and interact model enables adolescents, young adults and adults to combine their talents and skills to change solve human development obstacles where it is obvious that serous Rotary engagement over a number of years imparts graduate and postgraduate capabilities by learning from peer in the context of exerting professional synergies for the improvement of life in society.

CARIL invites schools and community based entrepreneurs to sign up for participation in harvesting global knowledge for application to their entrepreneurial needs so as to generate prosperity regardless of their formal educational attainments.
